Doing things differently in the NHS is more important than it has ever been and is something we are all taking very seriously indeed. Nationally, the NHS is under increasing pressure to provide more, GPs are under greater pressure to do more and those whom we serve live longer and need more care.
There are big challenges for healthcare that we all need to meet with a clear head and a clear commitment to supporting general practices, sustaining our NHS and building healthier futures for our local communities.
With that in mind the 3Sixty Care Ltd GP Federation and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) decided to go a bit further than just collaborating on providing better, more joined-up services for our patients: we decided to enter into a joint venture that will enable us to develop new models of care that would benefit our patients and our two organisations. We will use our collective expertise, facilities and experience to help make sure those we care for can achieve the best outcomes.
It is therefore my absolute pleasure to introduce you to a new healthcare joint venture - the 3Sixty Care Partnership – a totally new and unique way of bringing health and care professionals together to provide, prevention programmes, treatment and support for our patients where they live.
